Our staff can be identified either with a lanyard or a white wristband. Our staff should be able to help you with any questions or concerns while you are on site, or redirect you to someone who can. If you have any questions that you think of after a party, or something that you think we could better cover on our website or during orientation, feel free to contact us any time.
Our volunteers help with preparing the facility for a party and cleaning up after. There is a lot of work involved in preparation and we thank all the volunteers that make beds, put out supplies, bring together food, prepare paperwork and signage as well as decorating for themed parties. Please, help us by ensuring that trash, used bedding, and used towels are placed in the correct containers.
